Sateen
I wanted to send you a couple of pictures of Sateen (now Tiffany). She has a clean bill of health from the vets. Her eyes have healed, she weighs a whopping 6 lbs. and eats like there is no tomorrow. She has such a joyous presence, so happy and outgoing and everyone who meets her absolutely adores her. Thank you for all you did in helping her out of her miserable past and allowing me the privilege of having her as a companion. Fritter is still not on that bandwagon but they have worked out a truce and happily co-exist as long as they are no closer than my width apart. Most mornings I wake and have both snuggled up next to me with one each side. I couldn’t be more content. And she still sticks her tongue out almost all the time. Kindest regards ~Melody
Mini-Mi
Just a short note to let you know that things are working out well with Mini-Mi. I've attached a photo of her for you to see how she likes her new "room". She has run of the house but stays pretty much in our guest bedroom! That's where we kept her from the start. She misses her old housemates and obviously, you!!! She does have quite the set of lungs on her! LOL!
BTW....we changed her name to Minnie. Dropped the Mi and changed the spelling. She does recognize that name! OMG, she's so adorable!! What a sweet face and you are so right about her "capsizing" and wanting her belly rubbed!!! She's very curious about Frazier and Abbey. They haven't exactly become friends yet, but neither are they arch enemies! I know everything is going to be wonderful before long! I'm just so happy to have Minnie and I know she already likes me pretty well too!! She follows me around like a puppy!!! LOL!!
I just want to thank you, again for being such a terrific foster-Mom! I know your job isn't easy, caring and loving these kitties and then having to let them go. I don't know if P.A.W.S. ever asks for evaluations about their Foster-Moms, but believe me, I would give you glowing reviews!! It was such a pleasure meeting you and seeing how you love these kitties that so desperately need homes! I do love her to pieces!!! Thank you, and P.A.W.S., again!! ~Margy
Bucky
Bucky was rescued from the county's North shelter where over 90% of cats are euthanized. He was dropped off with an injured foot as a very tiny kitten and taken into rescue to heal. Now his new mom reports: He is now called Pierre, after a cat I loved and lost years ago to a brain tumor, but I find myself still calling him Bucky some times. We love him, and he is doing great. ~Patricia Lang
Jet
Jet was rescued with his 3 siblings from the kill room of the local shelter as tiny 6 week old kittens. All found wonderful homes, here is a report from the new proud family!
He has been the best gift we could have ever received. We love him dearly and enjoy watching him play. He is quite the eater (we have caught him eating left over including French fries and red velvet cake) so we are putting things straight in the dishwasher these days. He is so good natured with our older cat and is terribly patient with our little boy who can never get enough of Jet. He is a perfect fit. Thanks so much. ~Ashley, Kevin & Jet
Bogart SG
Bogart was rescued just in time from the local county shelter on the day he was scheduled to be killed. He never even made it to adoption row to have a chance at a new home. PAWS took him into a foster home and he found a home on his first visit to Petsmart! Now he is King of his new castle and makes himself right at home! Check out this couch potato! Thank you to his new family for loving kitties so much and adding him to your family! His new owners added, "our boy is doing good. Getting big as a house. He is a very cool dude!!!!"
