Description:
This little boy and his siblings have had a difficult time. They were born to a mom cat in the county shelter and PAWS rescued them and put them in a foster home. Mom cat's milk dried up when she came down with an upper respiratory infection. Soon the kittens became sick and had to be handfed (bottle babies are the best!)
Casper is the lucky one as the infection didn't settle into his eyes as his two siblings. He has gorgeous blue eyes and a spunky little guy he is!
