This little sweetie was found on the street, hungrily eating with a feral colony. The caregiver who feeds the colony noticed him right away as "new" and she enticed him with a can of food, which was a success and she was able to reach under the pepper tree and scruff him, then lift him into a carrier.

After she put him in the carrier she noticed a line around his neck where a collar used to be. So, someone left him behind, poor little guy.

He is now fixed, vaccinated, de-flea'd, dewormed, & ready to go to a new home! Fred is being fostered with 4 large dogs and a handful of cats.
