DOB appx April 2008, sibling to Stripes (already adopted). It's kind of weird having a cat named Solids, I'd prefer to let her new home settle on another name, since she didn't get adopted with her sister. She is definitely a Maine Coon mix. So sweet she just lays her head on your shoulder when you pick her up.

Both were pulled from the North Animal Care Center (NACC, the county shelter off Flake Road in Titusville).

They were going to be put to sleep Wednesday, when we called we were told it was too late -- when our volunteer went there to get some other cats, she saw them --somehow they got "missed" and we were SO happy they were still alive! These are two very lucky girls.

They were turned in by a friend of the previous owner, the owner moved and didn't take them.

Solids is a very nice kitty, adapts quickly and gets along with everyone. Loves attention, can be picked up easily and probably dressed in doll clothes!!! Look at that beautiful tail!

 

Solids was adopted and returned due to scratching the furniture. We haven't seen her do that here, we have alot of scratchers and climbers. This is a great kitty!
