Jake and Elwood  -- Brothers/best friends

Jake (Black cat) and his best friend/brother Elwood (Grey cat), were abandoned when their family moved. They love each other very much, they play and hang around constantly together. Jake and Elwood are both very sweet and friendly. They were housemates, and would love to be adopted together, but will consider separating them. They will do well in a household alone, with children, or with other cats and dogs. Jake and Elwood are around 15 months old as of June 2015 and are in great health. They have been neutered, vaccinated, tested for aids/leukemia, and ready and eager to go to a permanent home.  Can anyone find room for them in their homes and in their hearts?
