Nubbin was born a little feral kitten and was injured badly during his short life.  His leg was cut off in a car engine.  After which he ran around for more than a month with an infected nub where his leg once was.  Finally trapped the infection is was treated and his surgery for the remainder of the leg to be amputated was completed in 2011.  
UPDATE 2/19/13  Nubbin isn't worked with as much as he should be and still isn't completely tame.  He will come when food is offered and at night he likes to sleep with you but other than he doesn't seek out human attention.  He is non-aggressive and would do well with more one on one attention.  An experienced cat owner would be best.  He loves other cats and is used to dogs of all sizes.
