Description:
One of our volunteers just found this kitty today on the street while she was running errands. It was very hungry and near a residential neighborhood where they said it had just started showing up.
So, luckily our volunteer was able to put the kitty in a crate and we have checked, it's a female....
Carlie is friendly and sweet, after about an hour in the foster room we picked her up and carried her around and scanned her for a microchip. She was so good about it all! (no chip found)
We got her fixed and tested and vaccinated. She had a wound on her hip where she had been attacked by something on the street, probably another cat. It looked like an abcess that was already healing so the vet cleaned it up and gave her a slow release antibiotic shot. You can see the wound in one of the pictures, and how nicely it's healing in the one on top of the washer.
She is a STUNNING pale grey tabby medium hair, with a tuxedo (bib and feet are white)....with a Maine Coon friendly outgoing personality.
She is also a photo hound! She loves attention and getting her picture made, she was prancing around in the cage & we got alot of good ones!
