Description:
This little girl was rescued from the county shelter when PAWS got a call that she was brought there after a bird picked her up and then dropped her. Her paw was bent at the wrist and two vets thought that she would need surgery.
Update: It's been a week since the bird dropped her and she is now walking with the paw in the proper position. She has a bit of a limp, hopefully that will disappear with time also.
Winnie runs so fast, it's hard to keep her quiet, to rest the paw. Any day now, I'll see her up the cat tree!
