This friendly little guy was at the county shelter, and they were running out of room.

He was very vocal, we are sure because he is teething and the hard food was very troublesome for him to eat (and painful) - his poor little gums were bleeding from the kibble. Now we have him on canned and he is eating like a little pig and much quieter!!

We named him Dewey after the cat "DEWEY" in the bestseller book about the library kitty in Iowa. He looks just like him!! You can see the book here and how much they look alike, even their darker brown eye color is the same!!
