Bernie and his sister Breeze were found in a parking lot with no other kittens and no sign of momcat...When they came in to the vet, they only weighed 0.6 lbs each! 

We are offering Bernie under our "foster to adopt" program. If you are approved you can go ahead and adopt him (do the paperwork, pay for them) and we will get him fully vetted when he is ready, thru one of our PAWS vets - his neuter is delayed as he only has one testicle descended -- the 2nd one needs to appear in the right place so the neuter is a simple surgery rather than a complicated one!  The vet says to give this another month and we will re check him.  He is already vaccinated and tested for Feline Leukemia, and de-wormed, and de-flea'd. So all that is pending is his neuter.
