Description:
Gigi was brought to PAWS as 2 week old kitten that had been aspirated. This means that whoever was caring for the newborn, put fluid in her lungs. Most kittens die within a few days of this, but Gigi was a real fighter. We gave her antibiotics to ward off any infection that might settle in her lungs and frequent small feedings to keep pressure off her lungs. She is now a very healthy 10 week old kitten, full of fun and spunk!
