Rose was found as a stray in Melbourne so she did her 5 days stray time at the county shelter. No one came to get her so she went up for adoption.   She was Pet of the Week on Hit Kicker radio station, then she got sick and only had 3 days to find a rescue or be put down.

She's so gorgeous we took her immediately. Look at those alert and inquisitive eyes! The picture was taken at the county shelter where dogs are barking, other cats are in cages all around, yet she's just taking it all in! They guessed her age to be appx 2 years but we will confirm with our vet.

Rose is a big long lanky girl, too, no petite siamese here!

Outgoing, ready to be petted, that's her. She walked right out of the carrier ready to see everyone in the foster room!

We are treating her with homeopathy since she barely has any signs of a kitty cold, just a couple of sneezes, no watery eyes or runny nose.

We aren't sure if she's fixed yet but will know by Tuesday! (yes she was already fixed so we have updated her shots & she is ready to go)
