This little girl was dumped at the county shelter by a niece who said her aunt left the cat with her and she didn't want it anymore. (how sad!). This is a VERY nice cat.

DOB appx 2009-2010, we were told she is 2 years old. We have verified her age with the vet, and that she is purebred Russian Blue. She is tested and completely up to date now on her shots. 

Sable gets along great with other cats, settles in nicely and even the dog isn't fazing her.

We tried to call the previous owner but the phone is disconn. We wanted to know if she was good around cats, dogs, kids, and get her vet records....but looks like we will have to figure it out ourselves....plus we had to get her vaccinated, dewormed and tested, because no vet records were given by the previous owner.

NOTE: in the pictures it was her FIRST day out and about after she was tested. Her eyes are dilated because she is being cautious (and nervous) during her encounters with other cats. She's not hissing, they are!  She's enjoying the climbers on the porch for the first time...
