DOB appx 5/1/10, we are pretty sure of the date because their adult teeth are about halfway in, which usually hits about 5-1/2 months of age.  DMH Maine Coon mixes, very sweet, need to rebuild their self esteem after they have been dumped on the street. All are neutered males.

These boys were dumped at a local grocery store and we got the email the next day from another rescuer who heard it from a board member. I immediately loaded the car and headed over since I'm closest to the store. These little guys came right out of the bushes when I made kissy noises!! They were so scared and unsure but definitely tame. I hand caught them in less than 5 minutes and was on my way home. 

Later I went back by to see because we were told there were 6 (3 adults, 3 kittens). The adults were begging in the parking lot between cars, and one got taken home with the board member. We don't know what happened to the other 2 adults. Hopefully someone nice got them and will do the right thing (get them fixed and keep them inside).  I found out later that almost a dozen were dumped all at once at the end of September. Most have been caught but a couple are still out there (we are still working on getting those).

They have worms so we are treating that. They have their first distemper shot and have flea control. (they had no fleas but they did have worms). Plus we have to treat them for earmites. They get fixed and tested 10/19.

In the pictures (these guys were caged until they are tested):  Heath has the white on his nose. Harley has a 1/2 mustache and Harold has no mustache. All have white feet and bibs (i.e., tuxedos).

NOTE: these guys all have very thick lustrous fur!  Their tails are incredibly soft and have a great plume to them!
