Otto was apparently dumped near some storage units on Dow Rd, & found refuge in an auto mechanic’s garage.  He hid among the dirty engine parts & managed to cover himself with oil & grease.  Realizing it was not a safe place for Otto, the mechanic brought him food & water, then called PAWS for help.

It only took a day for Otto to adjust to his foster home.  He purrs at the first touch, & loves to snuggle, nudge, & do the “happy paws”.  He is also a constant talker, & an adventurer.  When he’s spent from playing, & is ready to snuggle, he likes to scrunch up under his foster Mom’s chin, purring until he falls asleep.  It’s hard to understand why anyone would dispose of this adorable, loving creature!
