Approx 5 year old male solid black Persian.  Shadow is such a character!  He follows me and bumps me with his head to get me to pay attention to him. He is so curious about everything! He does like cat nip.  He is not a talker.  More to come as he settles down and gets over his trauma. He is under weight, so, we want to fatten him up a bit before we nueter him.  He can be adopted after that.

UPDATE: He has been shaved.  It took 2 women at the vet's office two six hour sessions to shave and groom the six Persians.  He had a bit of exposed bone at the end of his tail that will be worked on when he goes in for his neuter.  

UPDATE 2: He has now been neutered and his tail healed all on it's own and didn't require any additional care at the vet's office.  He can be adopted any time now. 

UPDATE 3: Shadow gets along well with female cats and can go to a home with females.  He is an alpha male, and does not get along with the male cats in his foster home though, so we recommend he go to a home with no other male cats.
