This sweet girl was found on the street. We took her home and soon found out why, she had a terrible case of worms. It took us many weeks (about 16 weeks) to get her cleared up and gaining the 2-3 pounds she needed to fill out.
We have been working with her – she came from a very poor side of town, and likely did not get a lot of positive attention.
Now she is OK with dogs (see she is laying right next to our dog in the picture), being picked up, and other cats.
Loves a canned food treat. She plays with toys and has a great time!
She has a very thick but sleek and silky coat, so she is definitely part (but we think purebred) Norwegian Forest Cat. A recent visitor who had a purebred NFC said Ferily definitely looks purebred.
She has the longest whiskers we have EVER seen!
