Description:

DOB appx 5/26/07, DSH black and white tuxedo - spayed female. Tizzi's litter was found at a Melbourne apt/condo area where maintenance had been directed to take them to the county shelter. They were just a few days old! 

 

PAWS took them and they were bottle fed. When kittens are bottle fed, they usually become - and stay - very interactive with humans.  Tizzi is definitely that!

 

She was adopted as a kitten (with her brother Kinobi) and returned at age 1 year due to the family's daughter's asthma.  We adopted her again recently, and now the family has a sudden move back up north (brrrr) and can only take 2 cats, so Tizzi is back in rescue.  She adapted quickly (although we can tell she much prefers a home of her own!).

Here is what Tizzi has to say:

I love to lay on your chest while you (try to) read in bed.  Sometimes I will sniff your hair and stick my cold nose into your ear, and then breathe in your ear, giving you goosebumps!!   I like to be on the bathroom counter and watch you brush your teeth. I sometimes visit you in the shower, too .  As you can tell, I really LOVE my humans!  (the only thing I haven’t done yet to my foster mom is steal the pillow in bed). 

When I play, I sit up and bat at the toy – I love to chase a feather toy thru the air….Lizards outside the window too!  Other cats are okay, especially if they will play with me.  As a young kitten I was around large puppies so I would settle in okay with dogs after proper introduction.
