Description:
Li'l Bit (Li'l bit of tail) approx. DOB 8/28/09 Female American Bobtail medium hair blue/grey with white belly and spot on chest.
Li'l Bit was found by an animal control officer in Mims along US 1 and taken to the North Animal Care Center. Because she was unusual, they thought that they could save her life and get her out to a rescue group before her time was up. PAWS accepted the little cutie sight unseen. She was shy and needed a little loving care to bring her around. She took a little work but is now my pal. She actually has a very unique personality. I am not sure if it is inherint to her breed or just her. I have talked to other folks that own bobtails and have similar stories. She doesn't meaow. She chirps and announces her every move with a chirp. She would hide under the bed and play peek a boo with me and pat me on the feet. She could pop out at any given moment! She never scratched me, just let me know she was there. She is now very open and affectionate and will play with other cats. She is obsessed with other cats tails though and annoys them when she wants to play with them. She is one special kitty. I am glad that officer saved her from the side of the road.
