The adoption process typically goes as follows:
- you submit an application
- foster mom reviews, and will contact you by email
- upon approval, foster mom will coordinate an adoption location/time
- foster mom will email, call or text to coach as needed to help integrate your new kitty
Colt was adopted with his brother, then returned to us when his brother required major medical care due to ingesting a string which had done damage to his intestinal tract. Originally Colt's name was Wok (found with his brother outside a restaurant at 6 weeks old).
Colt is a relaxed, laid back purr machine. Loves attention! A little wary around dogs.
Does well with cats and loves to hang out with the resident older male cat of the foster home.
Colt does well with older children – younger children unknown as there aren’t any in the foster home but we imagine he would be just fine.
