Description:

We were contacted to help place this kitty because he is very unhappy in his current home and is urinating outside the box. We are told he does not like female cats and that is why. However he does have a history of FLUTD and we are not sure he is still on the urinary food.

He is going to the vet for a full exam and urinalysis, and we will hopefully have some answers soon!

It seems Oscar will need a quiet home and to be the only cat in the home, at this point.  He is ok with dogs, per the previous owner.

Update: Oscar is up-to-date on shots now, and his UA showed crystals. The family admitted they did not keep him on the food. Also they re-confirmed he does not get along with female cats, he would not let their female go to the litterpan, he blocked her from getting to it. (odd?). Also he must have a sedation groom because he is matted from chest to groin and that is a very sensitive area that cannot be groomed while they are awake, especially matted to the skin. We have an appointment for Monday, May 17.

Donations are welcome as this is an expensive one. You can use the Paypal link and make a note it's for Oscar. Thanks!
