DOB appx 2007, Persian spayed female with one blue eye and one gold eye. We pulled her from the county shelter kill room.

She was picked up as a stray and her coat was in terrible shape. She wasn't matted badly but her white fur was very yellow from being outside in the dirt. Poor thing, we don't know how long she was out on her own.  Lucky for us, Lynn knows all about Persians so we called her and she agreed to take this kitty.

When we got the kitty home, we realized she was pregnant. Before we even had time to get her a vet appointment, she gave birth about 3 days after we got her.  Her four kittens were adopted as soon as they were available.  

New pictures of Blossom are now posted!  Blossom also found a new home but after a year she was returned because of financial difficulties. She is just beautiful now that her fur has filled in completely. She will need regular brushing because her fur is like silk. She is very sweet and seems to be ok with other cats. when she wants attention, she very politely pats you with her paw until you notice. she will come when you call her name and is a joy to have around.

Note: Blossom has a rear leg that has an old injury which was xrayd when she was knocked under for her spay, it is an old fracture of the femur just above the knee.  The vet is checking with another vet if there is anything that can be done for it now, likely not. She cannot bend the leg so needs a covered litterpan in her new home because sometimes she aims 'high' because she cannot fully squat.
