We took a litter of five kittens was born to a feral mom cat, she was due to go for a spay but gave birth overnight (we never know how far along they are in their pregnancy, so it's a risk when you trap a female that she will give birth before the appointment).
We are handling the kittens and they are tame, we will put pictures here as they grow.
We finally got some good first photos. Momcat is feral and mean as a rattlesnake, and had just hissed and swatted and sent a bunch of litter all over the kittens and towel (sigh) while I was setting up to get some photos. So please ignore the litter everywhere....the kittens had just nursed so were sleepy....
