Description:
DOB appx 2006. DMH solid grey spayed female, also a POLYDACTYL on all 4 feet!  This means she has extra toes.

She was turned in because her owner was elderly and frail and could no longer care for her.

Smokey is a big girl, weighing in at 16 pounds.  If you want a small fluffy kitty, Abby is a good match. 

We have yet to evaluate what we think the DMH cross is so we have Smokey marked as a Maine Coon AND a Norwegian. We will get a closer look at her tail and coat but from what I saw just handling her the one time, she's Norwegian.

The owner said Smokey is a little timid (hides sometimes) and does not like to be held. We are good at working on these things and hopefully Smokey will come out of her shell with us. Chances are she will probably do best in a quiet home (older children) with one or two other cats. 

She was sick at the shelter and they were making room for more kitties so we pulled her before she could be PTS.
