Picard and his brother Riker were from a feral colony in Titusville, you can tell they were petted because they really enjoy interactions with humans, except being picked up. That will need some work. Otherwise they are friendly and outgoing once they adjust to their new home.
Picard is the most outgoing of the two, Riker is a little shy but still enjoys being petted.
They are fixed, tested, vaccinated, chipped, dewormed and deflea'ed.
